CfA: PhD Scholarship in Buddhist StudiesEdinburgh Buddhist Studies network, University of Edinburgh, invites applications for a new PhD scholarship in Buddhist Studies. The scholarship is to the value of 25,000 USD per year, for a maximum of four years, beginning in either September 2020 or January 2021. Funded by the Khyentse Foundation.

Re-opening of Museums in LeipzigGradually the museums in Saxony will open again starting this week. Tomorrow, 7 May, the Grassi Museum for Ethnology as well as the Museum of Fine Arts (MdbK) will open selected exhibitions for visitors in Leipzig. At the Grassi Museum the special exhibition "Scenes of life: A Japanese Screen and its (hi)stories” is on display. The Mdbk will show works from Norbert Wagenbrett, Künstlergruppe OPAL, Peter Baldinger, Paule Hammer, Wibke Rahn and Jens-Martin Triebel. |
