Dear friends and colleagues, We wish you a happy and healthy new year and all the best for 2022! For this first weekly in the new year, we will be brief: there will be no colloquium next week, the next one will take place on 19 January. Also, we had to cancel our upcoming Screening Religion, which was planned for next week, due to the current situation. But we are trying to find a new date for the screening as soon as possible and of course keep you up to date. We would like to draw your attention to a lecture by our director Monika Wohlrab-Sahr and share a finding with you. Enjoy and have a good week! Lucy |

Finding: Blog “History For Atheists: The Great Myths”Our Research Coordinator Johannes Duschka has pointed us to a blog by an avowed atheist who seeks to refute popular “atheist history myths” about religion: History for Atheists’ “Great Myths” series is a collection of longer articles that addresses the most persistent and widespread myths about history that tend to be used by anti-theist activists.
