CfP: Religion and Secularism on CampusThe international conference Religion and Secularism on Campus: The Changing Dimensions of the University Experience (6-7 September 2018, SOAS, University of London) will explore the diversity of ways in which religious and non-religious identities are experienced, encountered and catered for on higher education campuses in the UK, Europe and beyond. Invited are proposals for papers that explore any dimension of religion or non-religion on campuses in any geographical context, focussing on a particular tradition, group or movement or on the interactions between different parties, or on broader cultural or political changes impacting upon how religion is expressed within campus contexts. Please submit a title and abstract of no more than 300 words together with names and short biographies (150 words) of the presenter/s, institutional affiliation/s and contact details. Proposals should be sent to the project co-ordinator Kareem Darwish – kd27@soas.ac.uk. Deadline: 5pm on Friday, 6th July 2018.
